Garrett Biggs grew up in the San Francisco bay area. His most recent prose is published or forthcoming in CutBank, Nashville Review, Necessary Fiction, Paper Darts, and New South, among other fine journals. His work for the stage has been workshopped and performed in Johnson-McFarlane Studios in Denver, Colorado. He is currently a student at the University of Denver, where he studies creative writing.
Garrett’s favorite writers include Roberto Bolaño, Anne Carson, Samuel Beckett, Valeria Luiselli, Stephen Graham Jones, Selah Saterstrom, and Franz Kafka. In imitation of these authors, he is currently at work a novel (after all, who isn’t these days?).
